Patient Onboarding Specialist – Seerlinq (Nitra / Sliač)

Seerlinq is a medtech startup focused on non-invasive diagnostics and personalized treatment optimization, especially for patients with heart failure. It uses advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze photoplethysmography (PPG) signals. This technology helps monitor heart failure patients, which enables timely intervention and reduces hospitalizations.

Premedix Clinic is one of the first precision medicine clinics in the EU. It offers a unique personalized healthcare program based on genomics and digital medicine. The program is the result of research by our sister organization, Premedix Academy. At Premedix Academy, we take part in several research projects and also run our own studies. We also organize a range of educational events for both students and practicing physicians.

Our goal is to bring precision medicine into clinical practice and deliver first-class healthcare. To achieve this, we are building a network of medical experts and clinics, each with its own research program and education system.

After a short training period in Bratislava, you'll switch to a hybrid work model, combining home office with in-person visits to clients in your region (clinics, outpatient practices, spa facilities). It's ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in a healthcare setting, enjoys working independently, and wants to be part of a young team that is changing how patients are cared for.

What will your job involve?

• You'll be the first person our clients meet, so we value a natural talent for clear communication, patience and empathy
• You'll explain to clients how monitoring with Seerlinq works and help them find their way around our solution
• You'll help resolve basic technical questions and issues
• You'll train clients in using the device and the entire monitoring process
• You'll also take care of the administration related to our unique solution for patients with cardiovascular diseases
• A healthcare education or experience in healthcare is an advantage
• The position is also ideal alongside your studies
