Education Coordinator

Seerlinq is a medtech startup focused on non-invasive diagnostics and personalized treatment optimization, especially for patients with heart failure. It uses advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze photoplethysmography (PPG) signals. This technology helps monitor heart failure patients, which enables timely intervention and reduces hospitalizations.

Premedix Clinic is one of the first precision medicine clinics in the EU. It offers a unique personalized healthcare program based on genomics and digital medicine. The program is the result of research by our sister organization, Premedix Academy. At Premedix Academy, we take part in several research projects and also run our own studies. We also organize a range of educational events for both students and practicing physicians.

Our goal is to bring precision medicine into clinical practice and deliver first-class healthcare. To achieve this, we are building a network of medical experts and clinics, each with its own research program and education system.

Internal training (Seerlinq)

• Organize and manage internal employee training
• Identify training needs across teams and propose suitable formats (trainings, workshops, onboarding programs)
• Coordinate external trainers and training providers

Professional and clinical education (Premedix)

• Organize roundtables for physicians and webinars on specialist topics
• Oversee training for clinic staff and clinical trial staff
• Organize educational events for professionals in biomedicine

External educational events and congresses

• Help organize external educational events for physicians (e.g. the Seerlinq congress and similar formats)
• Coordinate logistics, schedules, and cooperation with partners, speakers and suppliers

Overall coordination and administration

• Plan and budget training and event activities
• Evaluate the success of events and collect feedback afterwards
• Maintain documentation and reporting on training activities

Where and how you'll work

• We're based in the center of Bratislava, and it's important to us that this key team member works with us in the office
• We're open to occasional home office, but we prefer an in-person approach in the office

Our hiring process for this position

1. Our recruiter will call you for a short screening call (30 min)
2. An online call via MS Teams with the team manager (30 min)
3. An in-person meeting with team members
4. An in-person meeting with our CEO (30 min)

What we expect from you:

• Experience organizing training activities, courses, or corporate/professional events
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, medtech or clinical research is an advantage (familiarity with the world of physicians, clinical trials and the biomedical community)
• Event management experience; organizing conferences, congresses, webinars or workshops is an advantage
• Knowledge of corporate learning principles (L&D): planning training programs, working with trainers, evaluating effectiveness
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage several projects independently at once
• Native-level Slovak; communicative English (B2) is an advantage for working with international partners and speakers
• Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with event or project management tools is welcome
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work outside standard hours in connection with events (weekend/evening congresses, webinars)

Nice to have (not required)

• Education in healthcare, pharmacy, HR, marketing or a related field
• Previous experience working for a pharmaceutical or medtech company
• Experience working with the medical professional community
