Research Associate

Seerlinq is a medtech startup focused on non-invasive diagnostics and personalized treatment optimization, especially for patients with heart failure. It uses advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze photoplethysmography (PPG) signals. This technology helps monitor heart failure patients, which enables timely intervention and reduces hospitalizations.

Premedix Clinic is one of the first precision medicine clinics in the EU. It offers a unique personalized healthcare program based on genomics and digital medicine. The program is the result of research by our sister organization, Premedix Academy. At Premedix Academy, we take part in several research projects and also run our own studies. We also organize a range of educational events for both students and practicing physicians.

Our goal is to bring precision medicine into clinical practice and deliver first-class healthcare. To achieve this, we are building a network of medical experts and clinics, each with its own research program and education system.

At Premedix, an organization dedicated to science, research and education in biomedicine, we are looking for a new colleague to join us as a Research Associate. We prefer working directly from our office at Jelšová 1 in Kramáre, Bratislava.

What does the position involve?

• The role mainly involves administrative work related to clinical trials, working as a clinical trial coordinator.
• Active communication with patients, physicians and laboratories, and potentially basic blood sample processing.
• Collaboration on developing research study protocols.
• Grant writing and publication activities.
• At Premedix, we also work closely with the successful medtech startup Seerlinq.

Previous experience with publications, grant writing or clinical trials is an advantage, but not a requirement.
