L1 Telemonitoring Support with German (remote)

Seerlinq is a medtech startup focused on non-invasive diagnostics and personalized treatment optimization, especially for patients with heart failure. It uses advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze photoplethysmography (PPG) signals. This technology helps monitor heart failure patients, which enables timely intervention and reduces hospitalizations.

Premedix Clinic is one of the first precision medicine clinics in the EU. It offers a unique personalized healthcare program based on genomics and digital medicine. The program is the result of research by our sister organization, Premedix Academy. At Premedix Academy, we take part in several research projects and also run our own studies. We also organize a range of educational events for both students and practicing physicians.

Our goal is to bring precision medicine into clinical practice and deliver first-class healthcare. To achieve this, we are building a network of medical experts and clinics, each with its own research program and education system.

As we are launching our services on the German market, fluent spoken and written German is essential. After training in Bratislava, the position will gradually switch to a hybrid work model, combining home office and office work.

What does the position involve?

• You'll be the first point of contact for our clients in Slovakia and Germany, so clear communication, patience and empathy should come naturally to you.
• You'll provide important information by phone about monitoring with the Seerlinq service and help clients find their way around our solution.
• You'll analyze and help resolve clients' basic technical questions.
• You'll train patients by phone in the entire monitoring process and in using the device.
• Your work will also include administration related to the use of our unique solution for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
